Software that grows where you do.
Cactos makes practical SaaS for the work that keeps businesses running. Every app is built to be tough and low-maintenance, yet feel less like a machine and more like a helpful colleague. TimeLog is the first one out — the rest are on their way.
Enterprise software doesn’t have to feel like a fluorescent-lit basement.
We take the resilience of a cactus and the warmth of a good coworker, and put both into every product we ship.
Resilient by nature
Built like a cactus — tough, low-maintenance, and happy in the harshest conditions. It just keeps running.
Human at heart
No cold dashboards. Every screen is written and drawn to feel like a person made it, for a person.
Practical, not precious
Tools that do the job on day one. No 40-hour onboarding, no consultant, no ceremony.
One maker, many tools
Take the one app you need today. The rest arrive the same way — same care, same hands, same ideas about how software should treat you.
One app live. Eight more growing.

Built to thrive in any climate.
Where we are headed. TimeLog starts with professional services; each app that follows takes on the climate it was drawn for.
Hours logged, approved and invoiced — without a spreadsheet.
Our first app puts time entry, manager approval and per-project reporting in one place. Consulting teams log in seconds and close the month without reconciling anything by hand.
- Log the week in a grid or on a calendar — the same entries, whichever way you think.
- Allotted hours are a database constraint, not a form check. An entry that would blow the budget is refused, not warned about.
- Reject with a reason and it goes back to whoever logged it. They fix it, and it re-queues itself.
- Turn a month of hours into a printable invoice, priced at the rate in force on the day each hour was logged.
- Utilization, billable split, allotments and who is on the bench — aggregated in the database, exported as CSV.
- Six languages, and every reminder arrives in the reader’s language rather than the sender’s.
